A three-cheese blend in a rich cream sauce tossed with macaroni
and black truffles with a hint of truffle oil

Grilled Chilean Sea Bass
placed on grilled zucchini and risotto drizzled with a
fresh puree of tomato

Roasted Prime Filet Mignon
thinly sliced and placed over roasted shallots & rosemary whipped
mashed fingerling potatoes
sautéed asparagus drizzled with a
port wine demi-glaze
